• June 2009 – Entry of Lluís Serra Fonolleda as a new partner of SERTEK Barcelona.
• July 2009 – Constitution of Serra Global Technology SA de CV –Mexico, as a filial company to the Spanish company.
• August 2009 – Home activity of SERTEK MEXICO in San Juan del Rio, Querétaro state.
• September 2009 – Acquisition of cutting machine for flexible materials in SERTEK México.
• November 2009 – Increase of social capital SERTEK Barcelona to 100,000 Euros.
• December 2009 – Increase of social capital in SERTEK México to 825,000 pesos.
• October 2010 – Purchase of a new office in Pol. Ind. les Guixeres de Badalona.
• December 2010 – Moving the headquaters to Badalona, the company becomes Society Limited with Board.
• April 2011 –Sertek Mexico acquisition CNC model TP-3 Haas – USA.
• October 2011 – Start certification process ISO 9001 quality system Sertek Barcelona.
• 2012 – Procurement certification process ISO 9001 quality system
• May/2013 –  Incorporation of a new finance chief for the integration of accounting within the structure of the company Sertek Mexico and Sertek Spain
• June 2013 – Formalized and integrate within the structure of Sertek a new sales office managed by Elsa Portugal Loureiro in Portugal.
• January 2015 – Incorporation of a new sales manager for Spain to look after better domestic demand

• Juny 2015 – Starting the process of Environmental quality system certification ISO 14001 at Sertek Barcelona
