PPI-1040W
PPI 1040W is based on a polyester film which has been coated with a highly transparent, UV resistant pure acrylic adhesive layer. This adhesive combines a good balance of tack and adhesion with excellent shear strength. Because of these properties this product has found specific use as a fixing tape in the manufacture of solar panels.
In Application, the tape is applied to the base of the silicon cell where it holds the solar cell modules in position and prevents their displacement during the EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) film heat lamination stage of manufacture. Tape can be supplied in different film thickness (0’025 and 0’050mm) and different formats (custom widht rolls, die cuts pieces…)

LM-924F version is based upon a polyester film in combination with a layer of acrylic adhesive and supplied on a removable silicone paper liner. the polyester film is a special white opaue, hydrolysis resistant & uv stable polyester film, that has been specifically designed for photovoltaic backsheet production. the acrylic adhesive is a high performance pure acrylic adhesive, non-yellowing , uv resistant and has excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates.
