Esta fita \u00e9 constitu\u00edda por um s\u00e1ndwich de Filme de Poli\u00e9ster nas duas faces externas a envolver o papel de mica Sweco, y numa das faces do Filme, possui um adesivo que \u00e9 termo-activado<\/p>\n<p><strong>SWECOMica SR755T<\/strong><br \/>\nA vers\u00e3o, SWECOMica SR755T, tem adesivo, para que a sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o possa ser realizada com uma boa pr\u00e9-consolida\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nOutras vers\u00f5es de SWECOMica SR854T-2 (Classe F) e SWECOMica SR854K (Classe H) com PI. Definido para 3.3Kv-6.6kv, o conductor pode ser isolado com 2 camadas (butt-wrapped) ou sobreposto a 50%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9-Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><br \/>\nA consolida\u00e7\u00e3o com SWECOMica SR755T, d\u00e1-se, a uma temperatura superior a 130\u00baC. Existem outras recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para a Pr\u00e9-consolida\u00e7\u00e3o. P.f. consultar.<br \/>\nUma alternatiba muito indicada para preencher cavidades no caso de raios pronunciados na ranhura, \u00e9 pr\u00e9-consolidar com certa quantidade de resina, depositada antes do filme antiaderente, ou bem, aplicar uma camada no topo, da mesma fita do isolamento principal. (SWECOMica SR853G)<\/p>\n<p>SWECOMica SR853G, \u00e9 uma fita composta por vidro\/mica no estado-B. A mica, est\u00e1 carregada com elevada quantidade de resina no estado-B, o que permite penetra\u00e7\u00e3o nas curvas e raios, bem como, na parte do isolamento principal unido \u00e1s camadas posteriores de Mica no estado-B. Para prevenir res\u00edduos de resina ep\u00f3xica no molde de pre-compacta\u00e7\u00e3o, prop\u00f4mos a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um filme antiaderente. Este filme tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 utilizado e, para a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o, para a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do isolamento principal.<\/p>\n<p>Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Isolamento Principal &#8211; Cabe\u00e7as:<br \/>\nPodendo existir dois tipos de sistemas, definidos como cont\u00ednuo ou descont\u00ednuo, o producto gen\u00e9rico ser\u00e1 a SWECOMica SR853G, fita composta de Midro\/\/Mica no \u201cestado B\u201d. Aplicando-se como sistema cont\u00ednuo, podemos enfitar (usando fita) ou enrolar a parte recta (usando folha). Sendo este, totalmente compat\u00edvel e altamente compactado com a fita de pr\u00e9-consolida\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nPara o sistema discont\u00ednuo, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, nas testas, facilitar\u00e1 o enfitamento e deixar\u00e1 flex\u00edvel as cabe\u00e7as\/testas para a posterior introdu\u00e7\u00e3o nas ranhuras. A fita SWECOMica SR751TG-2, prop\u00f5e total compatibilidade entre elas. SR853G, adere-se em total compatibilidade, originando um bloco compacto e sistema total.<\/p>\n<p>O isolamento das cabe\u00e7as, ser\u00e1 curado depois de as bobinas estarem introduzidas nas ranhuras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfitamento:<\/strong><br \/>\nPodendo ser o enfitamento por m\u00e1quina ou manual, recomenda-se realiz\u00e1-lo, sempre na mesma direc\u00e7\u00e3o e a meia sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o. A tens\u00e3o de enfitamento \u00e9 um ponto cr\u00edtico, e para assegurar que n\u00e3o existam rugas ou dobras da fita, a tens\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser de 75N\/25mm (1\u201d). e constante. SWECOMica SR853G a 25 mm, \u00e9 a largura mais habitual de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. No caso de aplicada em folha, dever\u00e1 ter-se em conta estas mesmas considera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protec\u00e7\u00e3o efeito Corona:<\/strong><br \/>\nPara proteger das descargas parciais, a fita conductora, CDT 3322C, deve ser aplicada em uma camada sobreposta a 50%. A espessura depois de prensado ser\u00e1 ao redor de 0.20 mm. Para a solu\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edquida, a proposta \u00e9 a Pintura CB 9020. No caso de Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de Fita Semi-conductora ou de Gradiente SCDT, p.f. consultar-nos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cura\/Polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><br \/>\nParte Recta (Main Insulation):<br \/>\nPr\u00e9-aquecer a prensa (aprox. 100\u00baC)<br \/>\nAplicar una pequena press\u00e3o, durante 10 minutos, definida como pr\u00e9-cura. Posteriormente, seguir as tabelas em ANEXO (Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais de CURA\/Polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p>\n<p>Cabe\u00e7as\/Testas da Bobinas (Overhang Insulation):<br \/>\nPor norma, tomar-se-\u00e1 como refer\u00eancia aplicar nas cabe\u00e7as entre uns 40% a 50% das camadas da parte recta.<\/p>\n<p>Deve-se contemplar uma sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o entre a parte recta a parte curva das bobinas<br \/>\nPara voltagens superiores a 6Kv, deve aplicar-se a fita de gradiente ou semi-conductora (SCDT). Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 comum utilizar uma pintura que cont\u00e9m SiC, para eliminar as descargas parciais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selagem:<\/strong><br \/>\nPara protec\u00e7\u00e3o das cabe\u00e7as a eventuais danos mec\u00e2nicos, aplica-se a fita tecida (Vidro mais Poli\u00e9ster).
